There will be eight performances in American Sign Language (ASL) from May 5 - 7 and May 12 - 13. You can see our preview on Thursday, May 4 at 7 PM.
Friday and Saturday evening performances will be at 7 PM. Saturday and Sunday matinee performances will be at 2 PM.
All performances will be open-captioned in English.

What is the play about?
This story follows four Deaf queer women who are struggling to make sense of violence, sex, love and friendship amidst a changing landscape, Seattle’s Capitol Hill.
Who wrote the play?
Crystal L.M. Roberts wrote this play. It was a two years process when Patty Liang, producer, commissioned her to write a play for Deaf Spotlight.
Who will direct the play?
Alexandria Wailes will direct this play. She has over 15 years of acting/directing/ choreographing and a lifetime of dancing. She was a part of the creative team for Deaf West's SPRING AWAKENING in LA and on Broadway in which addition to being associate choreographer, she also performed. Read more about her and her work.

How much is a ticket?

A preview ticket will cost $15 for Thursday, May 4, 2017.
An Adult ticket will cost $25. A Student / SC (65+) ticket will cost $20.
The Opening Night ticket will be $30, a flat rate for everyone, which includes a reception afterwards with the cast, playwright, and director.
A VIP ticket will cost $50 for Saturday, May 6, 2017 that will include a pre-performance gathering from 5 - 6 pm, a gift bag, and a seat in the VIP section for the 7 pm performance.

Free and metered street parking until 8 pm is available throughout the neighborhood. There are also various pre-pay parking lots nearby. These lots are not associated with Deaf Spotlight and have varying rates and hours.
Can I bring food and drinks in?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre. You can purchase drinks and snacks from the Black Box Operations concession stand next to the theatre.
