Disability Pride Celebration

Join us for story time at 11 a.m. at the Picnic Shelter near the historic carousel. We'll sing songs, dance, share some stories, and end with bubbles!
Note: Story Time is ASL Interpreted

Enjoy a braille-enhanced Story Stroll featuring “Song in the City” by Daniel Bernstrom.

Note: Story Time is happening at the picnic shelter near the carousel, and all other activities are at North Meadow.

Visit our Bookmobile and all our partner booths for fun activities and information about disability services throughout the city.

When: Sunday, July 26
Time: 10 am - 2 pm

Where: Woodland Park Zoo; 5500 Phinney Ave. N., Seattle, WA 98103.

Cost: You can visit the zoo for free that day between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. by letting them know at the entrance that you are here for the Disability Pride Celebration. No registration needed!

Parking: The Penguin Lot entrance is closest to the event. Anyone with an ADA placard can park for free.
